Croatia Sail has become an Australian right of passage. A week with your friends or by yourself sailing the Adriatic with a random group of people, enjoying the Croatian coast and of course; drinking!
We set sail from Split to Hvar and spent the night partying on the island and even catching the 2am boat to Carpe Diem, a club on a little island. Everyone usually hits the first night pretty hard, so I guess it’s a good thing that we used the second day to explore the national park in Mljet and enjoy a quite party on the boat playing copious amounts of “Never have I ever”.
Other Sail highlights include Dubrovnik, the amazing rooftop bar in Korcula, the inflatable obstacle course and the Cave Rave in Markarska, the Pirate Party and the hike in Omis.
Croatia is an incredibly beautiful country and our time there wouldn’t have been as memorable without the amazing friends we made on sail, typically all Australian.
